To help you to manage your fertility and to plan your efforts at conception, we would like to offer you some FREE TOOLS that will assist you throughout the process.
To establish when you are most likely to get pregnant, you will need to understand your menstrual cycle. As a starting point, make a note in your diary of when your period starts- this is considered day one of the cycle. Count the days until your period arrives again; the end of your cycle is the day before your next period begins. Cycles range from about 21 to 40 days, with only 10 per cent being precisely 28 days. If your cycle is generally 28 days long, then you know that you are likely to ovulate on day 14.
The following tools will help you to organise your menstrual cycle and to understand when you are most likely to ovulate, and hence when your fertility levels will be the greatest.
